LumaTax Raises $3M In Funding

Seattle-based LumaTax, a developer of sales tax compliance software for small businesses, has raised $3M in funding. The funding was led by Cowboy Ventures, and also included Madrona Venture Group, Greycroft Partners and Vulcan Capital. LumaTax said the funding goes to expand its offering to small business merchants in new markets. Robert Schulte is CEO of LumaTax. More information »
