Usermind Adds $23.5M
Seattle-based Usermind, which develops software used to improve customer engagement with businesses, said on Wednesday that it has raised $23.5M in a Series C funding round. The round was led by Northgate Capital, and also included current investors Andreessen Horowitz, Menlo Ventures and CRV. The funding brings the company's total raised to $45.6M. Usermind said that Northgate's Hosein Khajeh-Hosseiny has joined the company's board with the funding. The company also said the funds will go towards an international office in Europe, and for scaling sales and marketing teams.
