Amazon's Alexa Accelerator, Powered By Techstars, Opens Applications

The Alexa Accelerator, powered by Techstars, the startup accelerator that operates in conjunction with Amazon's Alexa Fund and startup accelerator operator Techstars, has officially opened up its application period for its program this year. The accelerator, which is designed to spur investment in startups using Amazon's Alexa technology, is based in Seattle, and first launched in 2016. Techstars said the next program will include 10 companies which will land in Seattle in Q3, as well as three international companies which will be based in both London and Seattle offices. Techstars said those startups will be supported by the newly announced $100M Alexa Fund.
