One Potato Launches Family Meal Kits Service In Washington, Oregon

One Potato, a startup meal kit company looking to help revive the family dinner, said this week that it has expanded its service to Oregon and Washington, as part of a launch in the Western part of the country. One Potato said it now serves Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, Washington and Utah. with its semi-prepared meal kit boxes with "family friendly" recipes, aimed at helping make family meals easy to prepare, particularly for families with busy working parents.
