Iovation Acquired By TransUnion

Portland-based a href="http://www.iovation.com">Iovation has been acquired by credit information provider TransUnion, the two announced last week. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Iovation is a provider of fraud and identity protection technology, using device identification information. Iovation is backed by First Round Capital, Intel Capital, Sapphire Ventures, EPIC Ventures, and European Founders Fund. The company first raised funding over ten years ago, in 2007.
