ICEBRG Acquired By Gigamon

Seattle-based ICEBRG, a developer of network cybersecurity software, has been acquired by Silicon Valley-based Gigamon. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. ICEBRG's software provided network visibility and threat correlation, used for detection and triage of security threats. Gigamon said that it will add ICEBRG co-founders William Peteroy and Josh Carlson, along with ICEBRG's team, to the company, and also set up an R&D center in Seattle, its third R&D center.
