Zillow's Rascoff Out As CEO

Spencer Rascoff is out as CEO of Seattle-based Zillow, the company said on Thursday, with co-founder Rich Barton taking over the top post at the online real estate site. Barton co-founded Zillow in 2005, and had been CEO until 2010. According to Zillow, Lloyd Frink, co-founder of Zillow, will become Executive Chairman of the company. Rascoff will remain on the company's board. Rascoff has been CEO of Zillow since 2010.
