Swift Notion Acquired By Syncapse

Portland-based Swift Notion Software, LLC, a provider of customization, training, and development of Portland-based Jive Software's enterprise social networking products, has been acquired, according to Toronto-based Syncapse. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Syncapse said the asset acquisition would expand its talent and accelerate growth at the company. Both firms have been developing products based on Jive's social networking software. Swift Notion Software was owned by Jon Garrison, who becomes Director, Jive Development, North America.
