SynerG Rolls Out Mashup Software

Seattle-based SynerG Software said today that it has launched new software targeted at enterprise business mashups. The firm said that its SynerG Contact Center is a mashup designed for customer contact centers, and brings together disparate CRM, ERP, order management, and billing applications. The firm said it is using Web 2.0 and SOA technologies to die together different enterprise software applications. SynerG said that its software is being used by Cruise West, a luxury cruise line, for its reservation platform.
