    TalentSpring Launches, Seeks Funding

Seattle-based TalentSpring, a new startup focused on the online job market, has launched, with its eyes on the online resume marketplace. TalentSpring's interface uses the now-ubiqitous digg-style thumbs up/thumbs down rating for resumes.
