Talisma Acquired By nGenera

Austin, Texas-based nGenera said this morning that it has acquired Bellevue's Talisma Corp., a provider of customer support software, email management, and chat software. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Talisma, which was founded in 1999, creates software for customer support; it's customer include Aetna, AOL, Canon, Citibank, Comcast, Dell, Ford, University of Notre Dame, Microsoft, Pitney Bowes, Siemens, Sony, and Sprint.
