Former Talyst co-founder Jim Torina apparently is looking to start his own, venture capital fund, based in Bellevue, Washington, according to a report from PEHub. According to the publication, Torina is trying to raise a seed-stage fund called University Funds. The report pegs the fund's target at $50M.
