Bellingham, Washington-based Tatango, an angel-backed firm developing text messaging services for groups, has jumped into "life streaming" with a new project it is calling Tatango TV. The startup is now streaming video from the firm's own offices--including the firm's conference room and CEO's office--onto the Internet. Tatango is backed by the Bellingham Angels, and is headed by Derek Johnson, who started the firm in college.
