TeachTown Gets $1.57M

Seattle-based TeachTown, a developer of products for computer-assisted treatment for autistic and special needs children, has issued $1.569M in equity, according to a filing by the firm today. The filing indicates that the equity was either part of a funding--or stock issuance--related to a merger or acquisition, although the firm has not announced any details. Emails to the firm's PR contact asking for comment bounced.
