Tektronix Selected For HDMI Test Suite

Beaverton, Oregon-based Tektronix announced today that it has been selected by HDMI Licensing, the group monitoring HDMI compliance testing, for inclusion as part of test suites from the group. Tektronix said several of its instruments are recommended test components in the HDML Compliance Test Specification (CTS), which is being used to certify standards compliance against HDMI 1.3. HDMI is a standard used to connecting DVD players, HD television, and next generation video gaming devices.
