    Teseda Gets Win with Hamamatsu


    Portland, Oregon-based Teseda Corporation said Wednesday that the firm's semiconductor yield improvement tools have been selected by Hamamatsu Photonics K.K. Financial terms of the win were not disclosed. Teseda develops scan-based diagnostic and debug solutions used for improving semiconductor yields. Hamamatsu Photonics is a developer of semiconductor device failure analysis systems. Teseda's products will be included as an option within Hamamatsu's semiconductor failure analysis products, which are used for testing SOC, CCD, and CMOS chips.
