Teseda Ships Semiconductor Yield Software

Portland, Oregon-based Teseda Corporation, a provider of products for the silicon production industry, said today that it has begun shipping a new yield enhancement tool, SecureXY. Teseda said that the tool enables the sharing and analysis of failure information. Teseda's products are used by semiconductor design manufacturing, and are used in conjunction with electronic design automation (EDA) and automated test (ATE) tools.
