Teseda Ships Silicon Software

Portland, Oregon-based Teseda Corporation said Monday that it has shipped a software product for the high yield silicon production market. The new product, ScanXY , is used for locating test failures and other issues in semiconductor production. Teseda is a provider of software used for monitoring semiconductor yields through automated testing equipment (ATE).
