TFG Card Solutions Gets $1.8M For Payroll Cards

Portland-based TG Card Solutions, which allows employers to pay their employees using prepaid Visa cards, has raised $1.8M in a Series A funding round. The funding came from Mosaik Partners. TFG is aiming at helping employers of the unbanked and underbanked more easily access their pay, and helping employers avoid the expense of issuing paper checks. TFG is led by Rick Holt. The company says it already has more than 3,000 businesses using its services. More information »
