Bothell, Washington-based Thriva LLC, a firm provides camp, school, and event registration software, has been acquired by California-based The Active Network. The Active Network said today that it has acquired the firm. Thriva CEO, Matt Ehrlichman, will join Active and lead its business efforts in the camp, school, and events markets. Financial terms were not disclosed.
