Tivo, Amazon Connect Unbox To TV Sets

Seattle-based Amazon and digital video recorder firm Tivo said Tuesday afternoon that Tivo customers can now buy and rent Amazon Unbox movies and television shows directly from their Tivo box. The firms said that they will offer rentals ranging from $1.99 to $3.99, and purchases ranging from $9.99 to $14.99 for movies on the service. The new download service does not require a PC, and is available to existing subscribers to Tivo's digital video recording services.
