    Triphub.com Goes Offline


    Seattle-based Triphub.com, an online startup focused on group travel arrangements, has shut down its service as of Friday, the firm said. Triphub informed its users of the shutdown earlier this month. In a post to its users, Triphub blamed the current economic environment and state of the travel industry for the shutdown, saying that the company "simply ran out of money to continue executing on our vision." Triphub was venture backed by Madrona Venture Group.
