    TripHub Launches Travel Community


    Seattle-based TripHub has launched a new, online travel service focused on groups, saying today that it has launched a new trip planning service that provides planning for extended family and groups of friends. The startup, which also disclosed that it has received funding from Madrona Venture Group and private investors, said that its service is targeted at trips such as family reunions, vacations, weddings, and more. TripHub said that it is addressing the complex coordination requirements of group travel, putting it up against another startup in the space, Groople.
