TriQuint Buys TriAccess

Hillsboro, Oregon-based TriQuint Semiconductor reported late Thursday that it has acquired TriAccess Technologies, a developer of cable TV and fiber-to-the-premise (FTTP) integrated circuits. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, and TriQuint said the deal would not impact its net income. TriQuint was the foundry for TriAccess.
