TriQuint Expands RF Products

Hillsboro, Oregon-based TriQuint Semiconductor announced otday that it has rolled out a new set of base station RF integrated circuits specifically targeted at 3G and 4G wireless equipment, including base transceiver stations, repeaters, boosters, tower-mounted amplifiers (TMAs), and remote radio heads. The firm said the new products lower power consumption and protect mobile networks from disruption and service failure.
