Hillsboro, Oregon-based TriQuint Semiconductor is reporting that it has inked a $50M manufacturing deal with Chinese manufacturer ZTE Corporation. According to TriQuint, ZTE Corp. will procure components from TriQuint worth no less than $50M in 2009. Those components include CDMA, GSM, and WCDMA ASICs. ZTE is a manufacturer of wireless communications products.
