TriQuint Wins Samsung

Hillsboro, Oregon-based TriQuint Semiconductor, which developer RF front ends for the communications market, said this week that it has scored a design win with Samsung. TriQuint said that Samsung is using its complete 3G RF front end for its Galaxy S smartphones. TriQuint did not say what kind of shipment volumes it expects from the win.
