TriQuint Wins ZTE

Hillsboro, Oregon-based ,a href="http://www.triquint.com">TriQuint Semiconductor, the developer of RF chips, reported today that it has been chosen by ZTE for a design. TriQuint said ZTE is using its power amplifier modules in a line of smartphones, the ZTE Blade and ZTE Skate. the Skate is an Android phone first shipped in China. Expected shipment volumes with the deal was not announced.
