    Trumba Signs Community Newspaper Group


    Seattle-based Trumba has signed on another newspaper as a customer of the firm's online event calendar software, the company said this morning. Trumba reported that Ottaway Newspapers, which is a community newsppaer unit of Dow Jones & Company, has selected the company's online event calendaring solution. The Pocono Record has deployed the calendar product, and Trumba said its event calendars will also be used on the Cape Code Times, Mail Tribune, Portsmouth Herald, The Record, The Standard Times, and the Times Herald Record. Trumba is venture backed by Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, August Capital and Oak Investment Partners.
