Trupanion Debuts In IPO

Seattle-based Trupanion had its IPO debut this morning, after pricing its IPO last night at $10.00 per share. The pet insurance provider is now trading on the NYSE as TRUP. The company's stock was hovering around $11.23 in morning trading. The company priced at below its initial estimated IPO range of $13.00 to $15.00 per share. Trupanion was venture backed by Maveron, Highland Consumer Fund, and RenaissanceRe Ventures.
