Bellevue-based UC4 Software, which develops IT process automation software, said today that it has been acquired by a group of private equity investors. The deal was worth $270M. UC4 was acquired by private equity fund EQT VI, which acquired the company from another, private equity owner, The Carlyle Group. UC4 Software said it had $76M in overall revenues in the past fiscal year.
