Unity Technologies Buys Tsugi For Game Development Tools

Unity Technologies, which develops game engine software, said today at its Seattle Unite 2014 conference, that it has acquired Tsugi, a Texas-based developer of game development tools. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced by the companies. Unity Technologies said it will open a new Austin office as part of the acquisition. Unity Technologies has a big office in Bellevue, where it has engineers, marketing, accounting, and other positions.
