Portland-based startup incubator Upstart Labs said this morning that it has invested in two companies, in a partnership with Rogue Venture Partners. According to Upstart, the two have invested in Juked, a music discovery platform, and Measureful, a provider of tools to help digital marketers analyze multi-channel data. Financial details of those investments were not disclosed.
In addition to the two investments, the firm also said it has added Kevin Tate as a General Partner, and Joe Stump as Venture Partner. Tate was most recently Chief Marketing Officer at ShopIgniter. Stump was previously Lead Architect at Digg, founded SimpleGeo, and is co-founder of Sprint.ly.
