Vamo Raises $1.6M For Trip Planning Service

Seattle-based Vamo, a stealthy trip planning and travel startup headed by former Facebook Seattle executive Ari Steinberg, has raised $1.6M in a funding round. Investors in the round included U2's Bono, SV Angel, Adam D'Angelo (Quora), Spencer Rascoff (Zillow), Dave Morin (Path), Aditya Agarwal and Ruchi Sanghvim (Dropbox), Adrian Aoun, Akhil Wable, Ben Ling, Box Group, Charlie Songhurst, Crunchfund, Fritz Lanman, Hadi and Ali Partovi, Hank Vigil, Jed Stremel, Keith Rabois, Kevin Colleran, Marc Bodnick (Quora), Max Levchin (PayPal), Sam Shank, and Scott Banister.
