Bothell-based Vertafore, which develops software for the insurance industry, said Tuesday that it has acquired StoneRiver FSC, Inc., a provider of insurance rating and management systems. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. Vertafore said it acquired StoneRiver FSC from parent firm StoneRiver Group, L.P. FSC. Vertafore said the buy includes the acquisition of a sales management system, FSC Pipeline.
