    Vertafore Buys Sircon


    Bothell, Washington-based Vertafore said Friday that it has agreed to acquire Sircon Corporation, a provider of online services for the insurance industry. Financial terms were not disclosed. Sircon provides software-as-a-service for licensing, recruiting, contracting, regulatory compliance, education tracking and management of insurance agents and brokers.
