Bothell-based Vertafore, which develops software for managing insurance sales, said today that it has completed its acquisition of Kaplan Compliance Solutions. Kaplan Compliance Solutions was acquired by Vertafore's subsidiary, Sircon. Financial details of the acquisition have not been announced.
