Vhoto Acquired By Hulu

Seattle-based Vhoto, a developer of computer vision and machine learning software aimed at photo and video sharing, which was backed by Atlas Ventures and Polaris Partners, has been acquired by Hulu, according to reports. Financial details of the deal--which occurred sometime in late 2015--have not been announced. Vhoto founder and CEO Noah Heller has joined Hulu as part of the deal, which was first uncovered by GeekWire.
