Seattle-based Visible Technologies said today that it has named Eli Weir as Chief Technology Officer. Weir was most recently VP of Technology at Virtuoso. Visible Technologies develops services for tracking online consumer-generated media for brands and companies. Visible Technologies said that Weir will be reponsible for the technology infrastructure and software development efforts at the firm.
