![]() Wednesday, August 6, 2008 Visible Technologies Names Microsoft Veteran As CTOSeattle-based Visible Technologies, a publisher of social media- and customer feedback-monitoring software, reported Tuesday that it has hired Microsoft veteran Bill Baker as chief technology officer. Baker, whose Visible tenure begins in September, will oversee all aspects of the company's technology development, including updates to its fsocial media management platform, TruCast. Visible said Baker spent 12 years with Microsoft, where he managed Business Intelligence applications for the computing giant's Microsoft Office Business Platform. Baker has also held enterprise computing and data warehousing product development positions at Oracle/IRI Software, Softbridge Microsystems and Interactive Data Corp.
