Wave Broadband Buys Spectrum Networks, CondoInternet

Kirkland-based WaveDivision Holdings, the provider of fiber and broadband connectivity and services, has acquired two other, local companies, Wave said this morning. Wave said it has acquired Spectrum Networks and its subsidiary CondoInternet, to expand its offerings in Seattle on on the West Coast. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Spectrum provides wholesale Internet and transport services to businesses, and CondoInternet offers up gigabit speed Ethernet to condominiums and apartments in downtown Seattle and Bellevue. Wave said it will continue to retail all Spectrum and CondoInternet employees, and the two will continue to operate as separate businesses.
