Wave Gobbles Up Cascade Networks

Kirkland-based fiber and broadband operastor Wave said this morning that t has acquired Longview-based Cascade Networks. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Wave said the buy adds more than 350 route miles of fiber to its West Coast network. Cascade provides data connectivity to both commercial and residential customers in Longview, WA and Clatskanie, OR, and was founded in 2000. Cascade has a colocation facility in Longview. Wave said that Cascade's customers will continue to be supported by its locally based employees.
