    Wetpaint Gets $25M


    Seattle-based Wetpaint, which develops software which allows users create their own wiki web sites, said today that it has raised $25M in a Series C funding. The new funding was led by DAG Ventures, and also included prior investors Accel Partners, Trinity Ventures, and Frazier Technology Ventures. Wetpaint said the additional funding will go to accelerate adoption of its products. The firm said that the Series C funding also was co-led by an un-named, financial investor. The new funding brings the company's total raised to $39.6M over three rounds.
