Seattle-based WhitePages, the online people search and directory service headed by Alex Algard, said today that it has promoted Kevin Nakao to Chief Operating Officer at the firm. Nakao was most recently Vice President of Mobile and Business Search at the site. Nakao also has previously served at RealNetworks, AT&T Wireless, Universal, and News Corp/Fox.
