Who's Calling Acquired

Kirkland, Washington-based Who's Calling has been acquired by Vista Equity Partners, a private equity farm, the firm reported today. The acquisition is expected to close in mid-Septemebr. Who's Calling said that the acquisition would allow it to aggressively grow its client portfolio, develop new technologies, expand into new markets, and further enhance its service. The firm provides lead identification and marketing services. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
