    Whrrl Adds BlackBerry Support


    Seattle-based Pelago, operator of the Whrrl mobile social networking service, said today that it has added support for the BlackBerry Pearl and Curve mobile devices. Pelago said that its social networking, discovery, and user generated content service will be available for free to BlackBerry users, who can download the application for free from its web site. Pelago is venture backed by T-Mobile Venture Fund, DAG VEntures, and Reliance Technology Ventures Ltd; the firm's service is available in the U.S.
