Looking to apply the popular flash sales model to the independent music and games market, a Portland-based startup, YAWMA, said today that it has launched a new group sales service called Groupees. The firm said it will offer up entertainment products, including release from artists and games from developers through the service. YAWMA operates an online site which offers up independently produced music and video games for sale.
