Zaarly Launches New Site, Seeks Launch Cities

Seattle-based Zaarly, the mobile marketplace effort headed by Eric Koester and funded by angels such as Ashton Kutcher, launched a new site design Friday, and started asking its users for the cities they'd like the service to debut in first. Zaarly--which uses mobile phones to create a real-time marketplace for things like concert tickets--is using the number of likes and Twitter mentions to drive its decision on where to launch first. Zaarly was spawned out of the Startup Weekend movement, out of an event in Los Angeles.
