Zettics Buys Velocent

Zettics, a developer of analytics software for mobile operators which has operations in Seattle--and whose investors include Voyager Capital--said today that it has acquired Velocent Systems, a provider of network performance management software. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Zettics is based in Concord, Mass., and is venture backed by North Bridge Venture Partners, Voyager Capital, Steamboat Ventures, Emergence Capital, Excelestar Ventures, DRW Trading Group, and Jump Capital.
