    Zillow.com to Host United Country's Listings


    Seattle-based real estate Web site Zillow.com revealed Thursday that United Country Real Estate, a national real estate and auction franchise system, will feed all of its property listings to Zillow.com. The financial impact of the service agreement was not disclosed. According to Zillow, some 25,000 United Country property listings will be dynamically uploaded to Zillow's Listings Feed program on a daily basis. This service, Zillow explained, provides home sellers with added marketing exposure. Zillow said its site hosts some 4 million visits each month, with 70 percent of those people planning to buy or sell a house within two years. Zillow is a privately held company that has raised some $87 million in venture funding.
